DEDDM is an aromatic diamine in liquid form, which is easy to use. It is used as a heat-resistant curing agent for epoxy resin adhesive. When mixed with epoxy resin, it has low exothermic temperature and low thermal expansion coefficient. When the epoxy resin was reacted with E-51 at 120 C, the 922.0s gel and 1906.5s solidified slowly, and the maximum peak temperature of the reaction was only 142.3 C. The reference dosage is 30 ~ 34 phr, and the curing condition is 100 ℃ / 2H + 150 ℃ / 4H. The cured product has excellent high temperature resistance and chemical resistance, and there is ethyl in the molecular structure, which can improve the toughness of the cured product. The shrinkage of the cured product was 3.3%, and the water absorption was 0.06%, which were lower than DDM.
