Used as whitening agent for cotton fiber and paper pulp, and also used in detergent, coating, plastic and other industries.

production method | Put 30 kg of DSD acid into 40 kg of water, heat to 90 ℃, and neutralize with 10% soda lye to pH=7~8. Then add 1.3 parts of activated carbon, stir and decolorize, remove the carbon residue by suction filtration, and the filtrate is ready for use (the filtrate is DSD sodium salt). Put 30 parts of cyanuric chloride into the reaction kettle, then add 150 parts of crushed ice, vigorously stir and cool to -2 ℃, add 0.2 part of leveling agent O (10% aqueous solution), 0.2 part of hydrochloric acid, and homogenize. Slowly drip into the DSD sodium salt solution prepared above under stirring, control the temperature to 0~5 ℃, and find foam, use secondary octanol to defoam at any time, and gradually add 10% soda lye to keep the pH value at 4~4.5 between. When the pH value no longer drops, start to add 14.8 parts of aniline dropwise. During the dropwise addition of aniline, the pH value can be controlled at 4 to 4.5 with soda lye. After the dropwise addition is completed, the reaction will be carried out for about 1 hour. Cool, stand and filter, the filtrate is adjusted to pH =1~1.5 with hydrochloric acid, and the precipitate is VBL whitening agent. The filter cake is kneaded with an appropriate amount of soda ash powder, dried, and 20 parts of sodium sulfate are added to obtain a finished product. |
